Prison Bound

The golf course maintenance staff, along with their families went to San Francisco on Saturday, October 8th. The highlight of the day was taking the boat out to Alcatraz. We toured the island and then sat back and watched the Fleet Week festivities, including the Parade of ships and the airshow, as the jets flew directly overhead

Francisco

Francisco  has been on the golf course maintenance team since 1993. Although he can operate all the equipment on the golf course, he is most often seen during the summer spot watering the front-9 fairways. Here he is operating the 'verticutter' on the 18th green.

Miguel

Miguel has been working on the golf course since 1992. Besides all the regular maintenance jobs on the course, Miguel is also our Construction Forman.

This month we introduce Agustin. Agustin has worked at The Villages since 1994. Agustin is the Head   Irrigation Technician                              

Meet the Maintenance Team

Beto is the Assistant Golf Course Superintendent. Beto started working at The Villages in 1988 as the Head Irrigation Technician, before taking over as the Assistant in 2009.
