This is what happens when animals such as racoons dig up the turfgrass as they look for grubs to eat. Although we apply an insecticide to the entire course in June, we occasionally have areas like this where we still get some grub activity. As the weather cools down the grub activity will stop. We will be repairing these areas in the next couple of weeks.
